Rachael Ray's Burger Bash

I'm anxiously awaiting and sharpening my knives for Rachael Ray's Burger Bash this Friday in Brooklyn. I am going to be cooking with Chef Jonathan Sawyer and his kitchen crew from The Greenhouse Tavern located in Cleveland, Ohio.
My first job out of college was working on the set of 30 Minute Meals as a PA and have many fond memories of working on that show. I'll be posting photos from the event, but for now I need to practice my knife skills.
